 We wanted to create a neighbourhood restaurant & lounge that brings something new and fresh to the heart of little Italy: our menu is based on Italian comfort food where the taste and quality makes you feel like you're eating a home cooked meal. Coming to Teos & Mano a Mano, you will get a full experience—not only with our food but also great cocktails created with house made syrups and infusions. And oh yeah, the music is great too.

 

 

STARTERS

Arancinis - fried rice balls with mozzarella, tomato jam and whipped goat cheese (v)

Antipasto - imported cured meats and cheeses with house olives, giardiniera and crostini

Fritto Misto - fried calamari and shrimp with cauliflower, zucchini and lime chili aioli

Cozze - 1/2 lb of Atlantic mussels in our white wine garlic sauce served with toasted bread

Bruschetta - fresh tomato bruschetta with olive oil, fresh basil, red onion, feta finished with a balsamic reduction

Polpetta - 3 made in house meatballs in a pomodoro sauce served with garlic toast

 

SALADS

Caprese - marinated tomatoes and flor di latte with basil, tomato vinegar and extra virgin olive oil(v) (g)

Mista - mixed lettuces with shaved fennel, granny smith apple, pistachio, feta and a house made cava vinegar dressing(v) (g)

Panzanella - toasted focaccia with romaine, cucumber, crispy pancetta, and cesare dressing

 

PIZZA

Margherita - tomato sauce with cherry tomato, bocconcini, fresh basil and oregano (v)

God Father I - tomato sauce with capicollo, fior di latte, honey and chili flakes

God Father II - tomato sauce with crumbled Italian sausage, danish fontina, honey, and chili flakes

di Parma - tomato sauce with cherry tomato, bocconcini, prosciutto di parma and arugula

Brooklyn - tomato sauce and basil pesto with spicy chicken, carmelized onion and smoked provolone

Fresco - tomato sauce with roasted red peppers, red onion, marinated artichokes, spicy eggplant, cherry tomatoes, flor de latte (v)

Hawaiana Bianco - bechamella sauce with spicy chicken, diced pancetta, pineapple chunks, smoked provolone and chili flakes

Fungo Bianco - bechamella sauce with wild mushrooms, truffle oil, smoked provolone and arugula

 

 

PASTA

 

Rose Chicken Gnocchi -  our made in house gnocchi tossed in our rose sauce, basil, diced chicken seasonal and fresh grated parmesan cheese

Ravioli Aragosta - lobster ravioli tossed in a rose sauce with wilted spinach and parmesan

Polpetta Della Nonna Spaghetti- Nonna's jumbo meatballs with tomato sauce, basil and pecorino on a bed of long thin noodles

Salsiccia di Sugo Rigatoni - tomato sauce and marsala wine with spicy Italian sausage and pecorino on a bed of short tube noodle

Frutti di Mare Buccatini- sauteed calamari and prawns with garlic butter, pine nuts and basil pesto on a bed of long tube noodles

Spaghetti Chicken Carbonara - spaghetti egg noodles tossed in garlic oil and a light cream sauce with roasted chicken, roasted red peppers topped with parmesan cheese and green onion

MAINS

Pollo Al Parmigiana - chicken breast breaded in parmesan garlic, parsley and panko on top of a bed of spaghetti and smothered with pomodoro sauce and melted parmesan cheese served with seasonal vegetables

Veal Al Parmigiana - 5oz veal breaded in parmesan garlic, parsley and panko on top of a bed of spaghetti and smothered with pomodoro sauce and melted parmesan cheese served with seasonal vegetables

Pollo Al Limone - Chicken fried in butter and simmer in white wine, lemon and mushroom sauce, served with strata di patate and seasonal vegetables

Veal Al Limone - Veal scallopini fried in butter and simmer in white wine, lemon and mushroom sauce, served with strata di patate and seasonal vegetables

Luccio Arrosto - local Manitoba pickerel served on mushroom parmesan and herb risotto topped with crispy leaks

 

DOLCE

Ciocolatto - nutella spread over pizza dough with carmelized starwberries, Chantilly cream and icing sugar

Torta Gelato Di Fromage - raspberry gelato cheesecake served with fruit compote, sfogliatine Italian puff pastry and Chantilly cream
